It will be held at 6pm at the Blessing Wellness Center
The event will be titled “Courage, Connection, Conversation: Uniting Women in Hope.”

Our staff dietitians will lead a live cooking demonstration, sharing delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes designed to support your health and healing.
