The event takes place on Monday, June 15, from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., at the Blessing Health Cancer Center Complimentary Services room at Blessing Hospital.

The screening includes the following:

• Prostate screening
• PSA lab test
• Cholesterol screening
  • Requires a 12 hour fast
  • Cholesterol screening includes total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and fasting glucose
• Hemoglobin A1C
  • Elevated fasted glucose, history of diabetes or pre-diabetes required to qualify for A1C
• Hearing screening
