Blessing Health System Heart & Vascular Center will provide no-cost cardiac ultrasound screenings to qualifying teens, ages 13 to 18, to assess for symptoms of rare, but potentially life-threatening, cardiac conditions.
To determine if your teen qualifies for this no-cost screening, please call us at 217-223-8400, ext. 4193 to complete a cardiac risk assessment. You must complete this assessment prior to being scheduled for the screening.
